Achievements

14 Women crossing the North Atlantic from Newport to Hamburg racing the HSH Nord Bank Atlantic Challenge on the SY KPMG. Alongside Inken Braunschmidt, my beloved skipper and friend from the round the world race, I was the Co-skipper and Watch leader during the 21 days on the Atlantic Ocean.

As a 19-years old girl I have launched myself with the first Austrian Whitbread Challenge (AWC) on a race around the world, being one of the Watch leaders and helm on a 50-feet boat. In 11 months I have circumnavigated the world in 33.000 miles, crossing the Panama channel. I am the first ever Croat to circumnavigate the world in a race so far.

From 2009 until 2013 I was Staff member of the BMW Match Race Academy and testimonial skipper for the BMW Drive & Sail itinerary program for the Eastern European region. In 2012 I have skippered the SY Fradiavolo in the Giraglia race.

I have Skippered for the Best of Musikantenstadl 2011, an Austrian music show lead by Andy Borg broadcasted on German ARD, Austrian ÖRF and on Swiss channel. I have worked on a set of the film "The Union" in Rakalj as Marine Coordinator, as well as taking part in the Documentary film about Croatia "Wer nimmt mich mit... durch Kroatien".

Since 1994 when I was part of the first Croatian Female Team racing on J22 at the World Championship in La Rochelle, France I have contributed in coaching and founding different women teams: BBcrew, MIRAcool, Croatian Women Match rae team, Femmes Fatales Sailing, WOBi International and Petra Kliba Women Sailing team.

In my long sailing history of almost 30 years media have always with very much interest follwed my achievements. For the EXPO 2020 in Dubai my picture was a testimonial at one of the entrance doors. I have been chosen among 20 women from our Region as bringing a good example for the young women. Here are just some of articles/videos...
